1st time here and will definitely be back. We were greeted nicely as we ordered at the front. They were helpful in helping us decide since it was all new to us. The food was fast and they checked us at least 3x. Most of the food is homemade as well as the dressings. I believe the owner came to our table after we complimented the waitress on how cute and friendly everyone was. This was a nice and relaxing time after having a not so great experience the day before at another restaurant. Highly recommend. Excellent ranch dressing and chicken friend steak!
I love this place. From the outside it doesn't seem like much, but once you walk in you are overwhelmed with charm. Anyone who decorates their bathroom for Christmas is bound to be good. I had the biscuits and gravy. It was amazing. The gravy was nice and thick and the biscuits were not too fluffy. I like a bit of crunch to my biscuits. They get too slimy when they are too fluffy. These were perfect though.
What an enjoyable experience every time! We usually grab a great and filling breakfast, yum! This time, we went light, looking for some cold beverages and toast to tide us over. The wait staff and cook were so friendly and offered to use unsalted toast just for us! Absolutely made our day. The restaurant was clean and light music playing that just gets you hopping and singing alo g in our seats. Thank you for a nice respite. We will absolutely be back.
This is a great place for breakfast or brunch. A little hidden gym out in Gresham. Food was great and employees were very friendly. It was also a really cute space. I highly recommend for brunch get together. It also has a nice outdoor patio area.
Cutest little spot in Gresham! We got the beez knees, French toast, coffee, and eggs Benedict. I was so bummed at first that they didn’t have hash browns but the potatoes were so good!!! I was so happy with them. Great staff. Will come back!
Fun environment with the honey bee theme and friendly staff. The food was perfectly cooked, have never seen country fried potatoes that were perfectly crisp on each side. The biscuit is huge.
Loved visiting this restaurant on our way to Multnomah falls. You order from their extensive menu at the counter first then find a seat where they take care of everything else. We liked sitting in the sunroof portion of the restaurant. Breakfast was great, but next time I'll try their lunch menu. They also offer a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks that are great for everyone especially the kids. I loved their chocolate cherry soda.
I’ve been coming to Nanna’s Place for a few years now, often with my kiddos, and it’s become one of our favorite breakfast spots. The atmosphere feels warm, cozy, and homey — the kind of place where you can actually relax and enjoy your meal. The staff have always been very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Food is consistently good, portions are great, and it just has that local family restaurant feeling that keeps you coming back. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable breakfast place with good people and a nice atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a breakfast spot, this is the place for you. The waffles stood out as the best item on the table. Bacon came out crispy, and the potatoes hit the spot. Crunchy outside, soft inside. The staff were friendly and the service was smooth from start to finish.
Awesome homemade breakfast!! Man, this place blew me away. At first glance, the inside of the restaurant seems like an ordinary, homey brunch spot with bee decor and flowers, very cute, but nothing crazy. The wait was a bit long, but once you taste the food you understand why!! I had the best country fried steak and eggs Benedict I’ve ever had EVER. The steak was so tender. I also got a sausage patty on the side and it was so fresh and seasoned so well and melts in your mouth. The potatoes are so crispy!! Everything tastes so homemade and I absolutely loved it. My only complaint initially was that the wait time was a bit longer maybe 25+ min or so for the food, but we also came on a Sunday at noon, so it’s the busiest time. Overall, such a hole in the wall spot, must visit !!
